Academic
A-levels: ABB, including Biology or Chemistry plus one other science, from Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths or Psychology. IB: Diploma with 30 points, HL 6, 6, 5 including Biology or Chemistry and one other listed science. Other national and international qualifications considered.
English language
IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent) (Leicester equivalency table: minimum 5.5 in each IELTS component; PTE 68; TOEFL iBT 100; Duolingo 130)
Experience or portfolio
Online interview at selection stage. Offers are subject to a Certificate of Good Standing or Good Conduct Letter no more than 6 months old before the course starts.

Careers

Course page states provisional accreditation by the General Pharmaceutical Council, with full accreditation being sought. Graduates complete foundation training and a registration assessment before GPhC registration; international students doing this in the UK need a Graduate route visa.

Working after you graduate

Bachelor's and master's graduates on a Student visa may apply in the UK for the Graduate visa: two years if applying by 31 December 2026, or 18 months if applying on or after 1 January 2027.
