Pays full international fees; has not studied at Liverpool before; new undergraduate degree on the Liverpool campus, excluding MBChB and BDS; AAA at A level or equivalent (First Class or equivalent for two-year MArch); not online; not sponsor-funded; cannot be combined with other scholarships.
